One of my favorite wellness practices is meditation. For me, this comes in many forms.
• Guided yoga from an instructor so I can focus on my breath and how my body responds.
• Walking at sunrise, at the beach, in the neighborhood, or in new places I visit allows me to take it all in and "be one" with these spaces.
• Seated meditation with soothing music and candles (no distractions) allows me to clear my mind, reduce the noise (and my blood pressure), and come back focused for the work or project at hand.

Juice has so many healing properties, and I feel so GOOD when I incorporate something natural, fresh, and unique to my own wellness needs.
I love this in my green juice: green apples, spinach, celery, lemon, cucumber.
When I have a cold or need an immune boost I add: pineapple, apple, cucumber, coconut water, and turmeric.
When I'm in a dessert mood I enjoy a smoothie: coconut or almond milk, protein powder, banana, cocoa powder or other fruits.
